      If you’d like engraved items without a gift box, complete the form below and we’ll follow up with next steps.

What happens after I request engraving?

After submitting your request
  1. We’ll follow up to collect your personalization details (text, names, logo file, or home photo).
  2. You’ll review and approve your proof (for logos or custom artwork).
  3. We’ll send your personalization invoice for approval and payment.
  4. Once approved, we personalize and package your item, ready to gift.

Do I pay for engraving right away?

An invoice will be sent once all details are received and your proof is approved. Payment must be completed before production begins.

Do you save my design for reorders?

Yes! We keep approved artwork on file so future orders are quick and easy. If the design and product remain the same, no additional setup fee will apply.

What is the turnaround time for engraving?

Turnaround time varies based on design complexity and selected products. Most personalized orders are completed within 5–10 business days. Rush requests may be available for an additional fee.
