• Ready-to-Gift Boxes: We process and fulfill orders within 2-4 business days after your purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
• Custom Gift Boxes: Please allow 10-14 business days for the custom corporate gifting process.

We pride ourselves on working with local vendors who craft high-quality, small-batch products. Because of this commitment to supporting local artisans, certain featured items may occasionally become unavailable due to limited production or seasonal demand.

In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute products with items of the same type and equal or greater value than the original. Our goal is to ensure that you receive a delightful and satisfying experience with every order, even if it means making a small adjustment.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products in our gift boxes, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds.

If your gift box arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly replace the damaged or incorrect items at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Please review the details of our shipping policy below to understand how and when your locally curated gift box will be delivered.

Delivery Methods:

• Standard Shipping: We offer USPS Ground Shipping for all orders within the continental United States.
• Delivery Time: USPS Ground Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
• Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery in Omaha + surrounding areas (20 miles) and Spokane + surrounding areas (20 miles).

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you or your recipient.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather delays), shipping times may be extended. We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays in the processing or delivery of your order.
